Terms of Service

RegisRides is a luxury chauffeur service operated by Column LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RegisRides' luxury chauffeur services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before making a reservation. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Service Terms

Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or valid payment method
  • We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for best vehicle availability
  • Last-minute bookings (within 3 hours) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees
  • Airport transfers require flight information for accurate pickup timing

Service Availability

RegisRides operates 24/7 throughout the Miami metropolitan area. Services are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must provide accurate pickup and destination information
  • Passengers must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time
  • Late passengers may be subject to additional wait time charges
  • Passengers must provide accurate contact information for trip coordination
  • Passengers are responsible for all personal belongings

Cancellation Policy

Important Cancellation Terms

Full payment will be charged if cancellation is made less than 3 hours prior to service time or if the vehicle is already en route to pickup location.

  • More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
  • 3-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 3 hours notice: 100% cancellation fee (full charge)
  • Vehicle en route: 100% cancellation fee (full charge)
  • No-show: Full charge applies

Cancellations must be made by contacting us via phone at (404) 979-4628 or email at contact@regisrides.com. Cancellations are effective when confirmed by RegisRides.

We understand that emergencies occur. In cases of documented medical emergencies or flight cancellations, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a credit for future service.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and corporate accounts for qualified businesses.

Payment Processing

  • At the time of booking, a hold is placed on your payment method for the estimated service amount
  • The final charge is processed upon service completion, which may include adjustments for additional services, surcharges, or gratuities
  • For corporate accounts, net-30 payment terms are available upon approval
  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars
  • Credit card information is securely processed and stored by our payment processor

Pricing

  • Prices are based on distance, time, vehicle type, and service selected
  • Minimum service charges apply to all bookings
  • Airport transfers include complimentary wait time for flight delays
  • Hourly charters have a 2-hour minimum booking requirement
  • Additional charges may apply for excessive wait times, route changes, or tolls

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the base fare. While not required, tips are customary for exceptional service and are greatly appreciated by our chauffeurs. Standard gratuity is typically 15-20% of the total fare.

Liability and Insurance

Insurance Coverage

All RegisRides vehicles are fully insured with comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our insurance meets or exceeds all state requirements for luxury transportation services.

Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While we make every effort to maintain a secure environment, RegisRides is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please check the vehicle for all belongings before exiting.

Limitation of Liability

RegisRides' liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to missed flights, appointments, or business opportunities.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate service without refund if:

  • Passenger is intoxicated, disruptive, or abusive
  • Passenger damages the vehicle
  • Passenger engages in illegal activities
  • Passenger threatens the safety of the chauffeur or others
  • Passenger violates any of these Terms of Service

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passenger negligence or misconduct will be charged to the passenger's payment method on file.

Service Interruptions

Force Majeure

RegisRides is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Traffic accidents or road closures
  • Mechanical breakdowns (we will provide a replacement vehicle when possible)
  • Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
  • Government actions or regulations

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

Vehicle Capacity and Safety

  • Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded for safety and legal reasons
  • All passengers must wear seatbelts as required by law
  • Child safety seats are available upon request and must be used as required by law
  • Luggage capacity limits must be observed
  • If actual passenger count or luggage exceeds booking specifications, service may be declined or upgraded vehicle may be required at additional cost

Smoking and Alcohol Policy

  • Smoking: All RegisRides vehicles are non-smoking. Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 cleaning fee
  • Alcohol: Passengers may consume alcohol in vehicles where legally permitted. However, excessive intoxication that disrupts service or endangers safety will result in immediate service termination without refund
  • Illegal Substances: Use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination and possible law enforcement notification

Modifications to Terms

RegisRides reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our service, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of our services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
